Dr. Zouves,
My name is Terri and I am a surrogate for Gisela and Josef. I am currently 17 weeks pregnant with their child. That brings me to why I am writing you. I wanted to tell you thank you so much for everything you have done to help fulfill their dream and also my dream of helping a wonderful couple have a child. I am currently a member of an online surrogate support group. I have heard so many bad experiences the surrogates have had with doctor’s offices and how they treat the surrogates. However that is not the fact with your office.
I felt from the moment I stepped into Zouves Fertility Center that I was the only one that mattered. I was treated with the utmost respect from everyone on your staff. I wanted to say a special thank you to you for everything you have done and for making this journey such an easy one for us. Also I wanted to thank Mark at the front desk. Every time I would call he put me through right away to someone that could help me. He never made me feel like I was bothering anyone with my silly little questions. Also thanks to Anna for always taking my calls.
They helped me so much with everything, from answering questions to explaining medications and my dosage schedule and all the lab tests. They helped put my mind at ease many times. I know there were many other people that helped in one way or another regarding this surrogacy and I wanted to say thank you to them as well. I am looking forward to working with you and your staff again after this little one is born. Gisela and Josef want one more child and have asked me if I would be their surrogate again.
